I’m co-founder of edtech company Refocus which operates in South-Eastern Asia and helps locals to get an IT profession and get employed in 6 months.

About me

I realize that personal match is also a very important thing, so couple of words about me:

• I became an entrepreneur 5 years ago, before that graduated from Higher School of Economics and spent some years in a corporate world.
• I’m extremely structured person. I hate chaos.
• I’m tech nerd, keen on technology which makes your life easier (e.g. Google Calendar, Evernote, Miro, Notion etc.).
• My hobbies: boxing, volleyball, cycling, documentary, singing and playing guitar, recording hip-hop, yachting, traveling etc.

What I need PA for?

Being entrepreneur means a hard life in terms of schedule, especially when you’re traveling a lot. I need a highly qualified personal assistant, who will get me rid of daily routine and will give me free time to focus on business. It will be like 80% personal tasks and 20% - business.

Who am I looking for?

I’m looking for a highly qualified professional for whom there are no unsolvable issues. We’ll match each other if we share following mindset:

• being a pusher is a good way to solve problems;
• ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise;
• passionate for details;
• you have no problems with work under high uncertainty;
• you love to learn new things, get new skills and in general very curious by your nature.

Your future responsibilities

1. Full travel support (personal, family).
2. Help with relocations (apartment, car, healthcare etc.).
3. Help with all types of reservations (restaurants, concerts and so on).
