Refocus is looking for a middle+ Learning Experience Designer!
We are looking for educators who are brave enough to work in a global environment and design the learning experiences for people of South East Asia.
Refocus set an ambitious goal to educate 1 million students in 5 years, to achieve this — we want to find LX designers who are going to apply instructional design strategies and methodologies, as well as content writing expertise, to deliver high-quality educational solutions which would help our students attain the skills necessary for getting a new job.
The LX Designer will collaborate with a product manager, a content lead, product researcher, and SMEs to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate effective self-paced and facilitator-led training programs which help people reskill for a new profession. The range of professions depends on the country and also is under NDA. To put it loosely: we are going to work with digital professions: from digital marketing to coding. If you have experience with creating programs educating for digital professions, consider this a match 🙂 NB! We are in the early stages of creating the team, setting up the workflows, and defining the responsibilities of each team member. The tasks listed below are going to be shared between several people: an LX designer, a product manager, a content producer, and authors.

The success of the LX Designer will be measured through:
At least 2 years of work experience in either instructional design or learning experience design. Experience in any of the following fields is a plus: teaching, facilitating, training delivery, content creation, e-learning development.
